**RESOLVED** MPG without A- and B-

My MPG only has A+ and B+. Is there a way to make it work?

Check out "MPG2 wiring and MPU11" on page 3 of the forum. I used the same style of enconder wheel as you did but you have to wire in a microchip that makes the correct output.

Thanks I found a similar chip on Ebay. I'll give that a try.

Just make sure you keep the chip as close to your encoder as possible (an inch or two) It won't do you any/much good to mount it near the MPU11 encoder input.
