FWIW The OP was emailed the "imperial work around" earlier and confirmed it did take care of his issue. The issue has been resolved and the work around will no longer be needed in the next release for Acorn (towards the end of this month). It has also been resolved in CNC12 closed loop systems. (both MPU11 and MPU12 based hardware) and should be available in a release targeted for late March or very early April depending on testing results.

Yes this is true. the imperial work around did the job quite easily.
