OAK 24V Connections

Are the +24V, and +24V Return connections on Spindle Analog Out connector only used for the analog spindle I/O? I'm wondering if it would be better to bring these over from my VFD instead of the Oak power supply.
Thanks,
Tom

The 24VDC on that header is for Servo drive I/O.
If you look at your schematic, you'll see that the voltage (or common depending on whether your VFD is setup for sourcing or sinking) for your spindle drive I/O DOES come from the spindle drive and is routed through the Spindle Enable, Spindle Direction, Reset outputs and to the SpindleInverterOk input.

Scott,
I am using the drives 24V for the digital I/O - Spindle Enable, Spindle Direction, Reset outputs and to the SpindleInverterOk. That's what got me to wondering if I needed to do the same thing for the two analog signals to/from the drive.
For what it's worth, I've attached the schematic I came up with for my machine.
