You can download the latest CNC11 v3.16 software here http://www.centroidcnc.com/centroid_diy ... loads.html. When you get to the section where it asks you what you want to install, select either the Mill or Lathe DEMO. That is the Offline Intercon software. Do you happen to know who you spoke with in tech support? Do you happen to know what your control serial number is as there may be a chance that there will be a backwards compatibility issue between the Offline Intercon v3.16 and whatever version of Intercon you have running on your control.
When requesting support, please ALWAYS post a current report. Find out how to take a report from your Acorn, CNC11 or CNC10 system here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ecvg0VJp1oQ.

If your question is PLC, Macro or program related, please also post a copy of the program or macro as well.

Without the above information we may not be able to help and/or reply until the required information is posted..

For future reference, your Centroid control serial number is 3606. Our database shows that system is running CNC10 v2.36. In order to avoid backwards compatibility issues, I will email you the Offline Intercon v2.36 via filemail.com as I can't attach it due to its size. It is Windows XP compatible. That particular version of Offline Intercon is not, however, Windows 7, 8, or 10 compatible.
