Re: 100%- Huanyang VFD in DC-AIO cnc11
Trying to keep this Hunyang VFD post updated as I find / repair issues. Quick item came up last week w/ Spindle faults on the machine. I use my Mill monthly. Simple CNC parts, but recently had a more complex multi-tool job going. The spindle fault would happen every time in the exact same place in t...

Re: Post Processor for Autodesk Fusion 360
Once you get used to it, I think it's far far superior to Mach3/4 but I am still pretty new too. I love the F8 graph feature when I load up and check things out. gives me a visual to interpert as well. I use it w/ errors to get a sense. Just passing a tip on a feature that I've come to like.

SOLVED- Z height exceeded w/ Tool Height offsets in place.
Ohhhh Man- I feel like a tool myself now! so so stupid a user error. I simply was overlooking the "Z" tool ID blank on part 0 set. Duh! We're good now. I had set it once - a week ago and simply forget to ever go back to it as it was just not something I was used to inputting. Flew by that ...

Z height exceeded w/ Tool Height offsets in place.
Sorry to keep posting. I simply am not sure how to figure out what my issue is guys- I have the following G code: (see below) Just put in the first dozen or so lines (as line 11 is the error) I believe it has to do w/ safe, TC, home distances I setup in dolphinCam. Not sure what the relationship is ...

Re: Reference tool- New heights- Is there a RefTool reset?
I have done that Marc. Maybe you or the Centroid guys can see what I'm not doing right here: I have the dolphinCAM Tool change, Clear Plane, and Safe value all set to +2.0" (which I think is part of the issue???) I have made a ref Tool, measured it, and put in my common 1/4" 5/16" too...
