Thank for the help, I have taken it apart further to have better access. I have attached a photo. I have inspected and am sure I have the pins in the proper place. my concern I have now is are the pins in far enough? You can tell that there is some taper to the socket. Battery replacement gone wrong
T15 CS# 8121 no can not get report
Hello I just replaced the battery on my mother bard it was a very fun process.
I now get at powerup Error initializing Servo card
Then Error occurred sending line 54
Then the machine stops.
Any help would be great on fixing this!!

I did the test and it seems the VFD is throwing the Spindle Fault. even though it dose not show a fault on its display. I put the jumper between 6 & 7 H9 powered up the machine and it did not fault. After some time I powered down the machine cut the jumper. restarted it and before I could get th...

Thank you! I believe it is a MPU11. The power supply is fairly new I had this issue before the new power supply was installed. I will look into the terminal blocks again. We went three them before as hade an issue with our lathe the wires were crimped on the plastic insolation. I have attached some ...

Hello again, To further the story I sent in the PLS and Teck found no problems with it. They did update the power supply and did charge a reasonable price ( less than was expecting). but it did not fix the issue!!! this s a intermittent problem that happens more when it is cold???
