Re: Sorting the posts

Thank you for your suggestion. I will see what I can do. If your logged in though, new posts or posts with a new reply since you've last been to them will be a different color. ---- Liviu, Only the "icon" at the left appears different on _recent_ posts, but it doesn't seem to change, whet...

Yes, I remembered that, but didn't have the CD handy to double-check before posting. All that is very important and good info that explains a lot.

Valuable docs files that answer lots of Questions

Bloomingtonmike is not the only one, nor even the tenth Ajax customer I've talked to who didn't know about the documentation files available. I found them while manually exploring the Ajax site. There's a wealth of info available in drawings, schematics, help, and docs here: http://www.ajaxcnc.com/a...

(You'll need WinRAR or another sort of windows archive expander to get the files out of the compressed archive)

Re: Lube pump fault input questions

Can we discuss Lube pumps for a minute. I am confused. First off my pump only has four wires. Black, White, Green, Red in that order. It is a 110V pump. I was thinking I would: run hot/line through the output for Lube (3&4 terminals on top of controller) Run 110 neutral to the pump run 24V+ thr...

Sorting the posts

Retract the last... Instead, how about putting a visual separator between your top few "sticky posts" and the regular user posts, so we can easily discern which is newest in each group?

Re: Aux key functions

Thanks, Scott. I was afraid of that. I've spent hours with the manual, and I understood how the Aux keys could be programmed -- and have done so. I was just trying 1) to reduce the number of keys used (because they are valuable real estate), and 2) find where that M199 macro was, so I could study it...

Re: Aux key functions

Well, I've gone over all the old responses from Scott and Liviu, and the day of the week they respond is not an issue. Both respond on various days, excepting weekends. I guess they must both be on vacation. Either that, or this is now a "solely user supported" forum. C'mon, guys! I'm tryi...

Re: completed installations

Here's one recently done (July 2013). We'd been struggling along with a stock R2E4 Bridgeport. It crashed about twice a week. Then we took a lightning hit directly to the incoming pole, and it wiped out the controller. After looking around, Ajax seemed the best buy, and also the quickest installatio...
