Re: Now the fun begins
Thanks for pointing this out. I will take a look and make sure the install manuals on the CD and website match and are up to date.

Re: umbrella atc
A full size schematic showing ATC hookups should have been included with your kit. Do you have your kit number (or otherwise please send me a private message with the name / company it was purchased under)? With that I can get you the right schematic.

Re: Sub programs & Macros
The cost for the Subprograms & Macros feature is $995. If you would like, you can purchase a new SSHD with CNC10 v2.72 for $425 and the Subprograms & Macros feature is automatically included in that software version. All you need to do is add the 4th axis commanded move on the same line as t...

Re: Fadal VMC15XT
Thanks for the suggestion. I will see if the on-screen virtual jog panel can be further improved in the future.

Re: Fadal VMC15XT
Very Nice! I like how you managed to re-use the old console with an Allin1pc. Are you running it fully touchscreen?

Re: Timeout: MPU11 not responding
You said everything was working before? Please check to make sure the Ethernet cable is plugged in. Next make sure your IP address for the network adapter is set to 10.168.41.1 and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 . Also check to make sure your control is actually powering up.

Re: SEM servo motor with allin1
The peak torque you could achieve would be less than what it would be with using the AC/DC.
ALLIN1DC: 75 in/lb continuous, 127.5 in/lb peak
AC/DC-30: 75 in/lb continuous, 150 in/lb peak at recommended setting (peak current = 2 times continuous)
ALLIN1DC: 75 in/lb continuous, 127.5 in/lb peak
AC/DC-30: 75 in/lb continuous, 150 in/lb peak at recommended setting (peak current = 2 times continuous)

Re: SEM servo motor with allin1
It would most likely run reasonably well with the ALLIN1DC. However we recommend using an AC/DC for maximum performance.

Re: allinone question
We offer 2000 line and 10,000 line encoders. We require at least 1000 line count though typically you will need at least 2000 line. Please take a look at the below thread for full details on how to determine what you will need.
