Are you using a SHIELDED ethernet bulkhead connector? Is that short ethernet cable shielded? Is the cable from the cabinet to the PC shielded? I assume you didn't buy the programming cable? It is handy because you can view/program the VFD from a PC and download the parameters for safe keeping and SHARING. You could send it to David.
