Re: Outputs 9-16 on an Acorn Six

Where in the volumes of information do you find something about these outputs. I've read the mill manual from the 1st page to the last, could not find any info about these outputs. What got me started is I was trying to use the Wizard to address OUTPUT 15, it's not in there. Am I missing something?...

Re: Cincinnati Hawk Lathe Conversion

the spindle motor can be belted at any ratio.

it is the spindle encoder! that has to be at a 1:1 connection with the spindle.

Hickory using the Encoder to position for threading. it follows the encoder. works fantastic.

Re: CNC12 TOOL SETUP

This is not the best nor the most logical way to measure tools. I prefer the method, tool spindle is empty reference. Each tool is now longer than the reference and a plus value. This has the advantage that you can check the length of each tool with a depth gauge. This method works in CNC12 and als...

Re: Overwriting Loaded Job

Parameter 417 fixed the saving over the loaded job file. Keith, I am talking about saving over the file that is current displaced as "Job Name" at the top of CNC12. I post directly to the machine, so when I do post fusion asks "are you sure you would like to overwrite the file" ...
