I upgraded to 4.5. No issues with my tool change. BUT I already had a G4 P.1 after the G10 command.

That is really weird. I haven't updated to 4.5 yet because of several big jobs and life... I will update in the next few days. My M6 is also using AllInOne Chris' macro as the base. I will report back.

Both KCD and Mozaik are subscriptions. I have been looking at Mozaik for some projects around the house - closets and garage cabinets, they have a 3-month version for $125/month. Mozaik has a Post Processor for Centroid, don't know about KCD. Mozaik seems to do updates pretty regularly.

You could "pin" the VCP program to the taskbar, then just click to re-activate.

I used these Yaskawa connectors and this adapter board for the Acorn from CNC4PC. It greatly simplified the wiring since this uses ethernet cables. Here is a sample wiring diagram.

I use Fusion 360 because the get-in cost was zero. It's very powerful, and there is a learning curve, but now looking at other packages they seem strange. Check out f-engrave for text engraving and doing enlays. I've done several enlays with it and they came out perfect, and it's free.
