Re: Communication Fault error

We try to post the results whenever possible.

This tread addresses the same issue with several troubleshooting steps (though in that case the issue was hardware).

Re: Upgrading PC (currently running CNC7) on an older Ajax k

A copy of CNC11 would be included with the ALLIN1DC at no cost to you if you choose to upgrade and send us the CPU7 board. The cost of DXF Import is the same for all software versions, though the version of CNC7 your system shipped out with did not support DXF Import as an option. Your software may ...

Re: Pendant Membrane

We can create a custom pendant overlay for $75. I have attached a file you can fill out with what you want. Please note that depending on what functions you choose, you may also have to modify the PLC program you are using as well. The PLC programs are fully user editable or we can do it for you on ...

Re: Upgrading PC (currently running CNC7) on an older Ajax k

You would have get a copy of CNC11 with all the unlocks you have for your current system along with the Mach3 Plugin. You currently have unlocks for Cutter Compensation, Drilling Cycles, Multi-Range Spindle, and Intercon. All unlocks are transferred, though the ones you have are now included for fre...

Re: Upgrading PC (currently running CNC7) on an older Ajax k

The recommended upgrade path would be our ALLIN1DC. If you return the CPU7 board we can transfer the software licensee and the unlocks. We can also transfer all the settings and parameters from your old setup to a new one for $150 if you send in your hard-drive as well. This would save you the hassl...

Re: 5.5.2 ALLIN1DC TESTING

The ALLIN1DC itself is powered by a standard ATX power supply. Both 5 and 12VDC are available off of it. A stand-alone power supply is usually only needed if you wish to use 24VDC.

Re: Upgrading PC (currently running CNC7) on an older Ajax k

I can look up most of what I need with the System ID or System Control Number. The System ID number should be on the bottom right hand of the home screen in the Centroid software. The System Serial Number can be found on data-tags on the back of pendants or on the side of consoles.

Re: Upgrading PC (currently running CNC7) on an older Ajax k

The latest version of software is currently CNC11 3.12 , if you were planning on upgrading this is generally the suggested option. CNC11 runs on Windows 7 or 8. We have a Mach3 plugin available that will work with CNC11 hardware. The plugin is available at no additional cost with the CNC11 hardware....
