Re: M200 G code yes no

Here is another way to right the G-code with the M224. This one has a GOTO to go back to ask the question again if they do not answer 1 or 2. This way if they fat finger a number besides 1 or 2 it does not go through and do any part of the program. http://centroidcncforum.com/download/file.php?mode=...

Re: Recutting single point threads

For threading cutting if the mating part does not fit all you have to do for an OD thread is use the Tool Wear offset and offset down (negative direction) to adjust to get the part or thread gage to go. Re: lathe C axis code sample? Centroid

Clay, I have attached a sample g-code program for C-axis for the Centroid lathe. This has the feed in degrees per minute. When X or Z are moving without a C-axis move on the same line of G code the feed rate (F) is in inches per minute. This program uses the M51 and M50 to turn C-axis on and off and...

Re: Gang tooling on both sides of work centerline?

Doc, A note for reference for your tool #1 that you say is set for operator side this is called Front mount and the tool #2 you say comes in from the offside is Rear mount. Centroid control does supports gang tooling. When you set the Acorn with the Wizard under the header 3)Spindle Setup at the bot...
