Re: Screen
As CNCSNW stated a photo of what you currently have would allow us to provide further insight for your specific setup. The exact instructions vary based on the specific motherboard used and the configuration it was installed in. However the basic principle is the same. The motherboard with everythin...

Re: Update CNC11 to CNC12
Yes, based on the report it is running the Standard PLC program so no changes would be needed. You can update to CNC12 4.14 with just a free software update. Upgrading to the latest CNC12 4.22 would require a Legacy Software Upgrade ($299). This would get you to the Mill Pro level which would also a...

Preston, The lines scrolling on the LED show the board in a normal state. Can you ping NIC at 10.168.41.1? Then ping the AcornSix at 10.168.41.2? Do you get results from both? Unless settings were changed there would be no issues with the Firewall, but you can go into the Windows Defender Firewall s...

Based on your photos, everything I can see is connected correctly. I don't see a photo of your power supply connections, but I do see the NUC power supply is plugged in. The display on the screen means the monitor is powered but has no input signal. Does the Power LED on the NUC come on when you tur...

Re: Offline Intercon bought, USB will not bring out of demo.
The 4.20+ Offline Intercon Dongle does not use Sentinel Encryption so that software would not find anything. There is no software on the key itself, it is not read as a hard drive. It is a decryption key. Please reply to my email with your TeamViewer info when you are ready and I would be happy to t...

Re: G3 command stops the process
Centroid took a look at the code and verified it would run. But there was no current report and as such could not troubleshoot this further. Looking at your report you sent, you have a spindle encoder setup in the software. Is a spindle encoder physically connected? Is it 2000 line / 8000 counts?

Re: Shipping fee for Offline INTERCON
Hello Yelleke,
Anything International will need shipping calculated, we can check it ahead of time if you send us an email with the address. We will charge the difference left over between the $10 and what the total cost would be.

Re: Anyone ever run CNC12 on server hardware? in a windows VM? Through a switch?
To confirm, we have never tested it in those configurations. The CPU hardware is within specs, but we don't know what kind of latency will be added and what affect that could have on operational results.
