Knee mill Low gear reversing on VFD
Needing some advice on how to wire a reversing action on my VFD (WJ200) when I select the low gears on my knee mill. How have folks done this in the past.

I built a gigabyte brix computer. It is only 4x4x1 and is an i3 3227 chip, 16gig , 1gb nic and a wireless nic, hdmi and mini display out, and128gb ssd. It is in my monitor cabinet and can even hang on the versa mount of the touchscreen. All I have is the network cable runing back to the allinonedc.

Does anyone know if there is an unlock required for using the probe? If so how much is the unlock code? and can you use a cheaper probe than the DP-4 with centroid?

So another example to explain a question on this I still have. Day one the knee is at 10" - I pick a spot and set ref tool height and save that and measure off tools 1-3 and save Day two the knee is at 14" - I pick a spot and and set ref tool height, save it, and measure off tools 4-6 and ...

Here is how I laid my setup out. VFDs are supposed to be enclosed and the VFD you choose will have guidelines on proper clearance for airflow.

Do I just part home the Z axis with one of the tools in the library already then just go in and measure the additional tools and add them?
