we think the PLC is bad! Used Alt I and turned off that part of the PLC and it works now. also check the wiring going to PLC to make sure it is good it is. now checking on price and avalibelty of PLC.

I was reading about using a jumper to bypass the fault with a jumper to ground but can not find it can you help? will this help digegnose the issue?

the X Y Z limit trip is the machine homing at start up. whin I turn on the mill it say x-y-z- limit cleared. then as I home the machine it hits and clears each switch. Isthe machine do this right ???

The XYZ Limit trip is the machine homing out. yes the machine dose have limit switches.

I am experiencing a 9030 Spindle Fault It has been intermittent but much more comen lately. An estop and release usually makes it go away but it has been more presentient. I was wondering how to edit the default date on the lathe.
I do not know how to do this I could use some help.
