Hello Dan,

I can send you the Operator's Manual for the software, but I would need a serial number to match it with the correct version. Do you know what is wrong with it?

If you already have the software installed you can copy the directory (cncm) from the old PC to the new one. When it asks you about overwriting files select "Yes to all".

Thanks for pointing this out. I will take a look and make sure the install manuals on the CD and website match and are up to date.

A full size schematic showing ATC hookups should have been included with your kit. Do you have your kit number (or otherwise please send me a private message with the name / company it was purchased under)? With that I can get you the right schematic.

Very Nice! I like how you managed to re-use the old console with an Allin1pc. Are you running it fully touchscreen?

You said everything was working before? Please check to make sure the Ethernet cable is plugged in. Next make sure your IP address for the network adapter is set to 10.168.41.1 and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 . Also check to make sure your control is actually powering up.
