No was going to send back the drives and they sent me the new wiring diagram and there notes what has to be changed. Will go out and check with drives inverted and change to NC. i will let you know. I thought I had crazy power going to the T4 control power but it was a bad meter. frickin junk harbor...

just just checked the power going to the drive i have hooked up in T4 control power it goes from 90V to 313v and anywhere between and really quick just keeps bouncing.
. The T4 logic power is spot on 232V that line has a filter on.

Thanks Marty, I did try what they sent me. They want the DYN4 drive enable to ACTIVE LOW. I emailed them back dont know where that is (well i cannot find it on the software screen) .and they want the acorn set to 400kHz, have no clue where that is. I have it wired just as your drawing you sent. Same...

Where would you find to set the acorn pulse frequency to 400 kHz.

Well DMM just sent me there latest and greatest wiring diagram. YOU DO NOT INVERT ENABLE had drives packed up to ship back well will try again.

Well took the drives out of the cabinet, and one servo off the machine. Went and got a DB25 cable and wired it correctly to the other acorn on the bench. still dont work the DRIVES are BAD. They will be at UPS tomorrow to go back. What a waste of time.
