Well tried that and still no servo movement. The dro works in all 3 axis but still no movement. if I dont set the fault to NO the drive faults out.

I downloaded there software Saturday morning . When I got them they only had 24v I ordered one overnight from Mouser for Saturday delivery. i installed it and yes both are on the same common. I will try disconnect the enable and try it.

The wiring I used was
11 and 22 5V +
16 24V + Black wire
5 24V com red wire out of loom
15 to H2EN1 white wire
18 to H1IN5 green wire
10 to H2DR1 blue wire
23 to H2ST1 Brown wire.

Marty I made the connections with a DB25 board with the screws on the back side (photo enclosed) I can run the servos with the DMM software and they work fine. well changed out the one acorn board for the other and still the same thing. So went back into DMM software and test the servos again taking them out of pulse and direction to rs232 NO movement..

Well I changed it to the photo number 3 wiring. Still the same, servo are locked like the waiting for a command and pressing X, Y or z get me DRO movement but not the servos. been trying for a day to get the servos to move , but no luck . Looking today at the wiring i see there are three different diagrams all for the same drive ?????
I used the one in photo two. All three are different pin wiring to the DYN4.

Well im getting no where fast, got up early 5am and went right to it. Well 11 hours later still no movement from the servos.
Reinstalled cnc12 (figured that might help) but it did not. Not getting a drive fault nothing the dro moves and the motors still sit like there waiting for a command.

Thanks, I did change the power supply to the 24v and 5V in one and it made no difference.
