First, make sure your wiring is OK. Then move X over to the 4th axis on Acorn and assign the 4th axis in the Wizard to X and see if your axis starts behaving.

A thought:
After you startup the control and reset it, but BEFORE you press Cycle Start to home the machine, can you jog each axis in the positive and negative direction?

no changes was sitting for about a month before I could find the time to put on the mill was making a bulkhead for cables to pass thru the bottom of the cabinet. powered back up with the cables just thru the hole in the bottom power supply for the motors and ethernet cable for the acorn turned back...

it is still in bench test mode all is just hooked to linear actuators all was working fine was about to hook up to mill when this problem arose will try to up load pictures tomorrow Something changed.
