Re: Ajax Plugin not responding
If the ajaxconfig.exe program (the program run from the Config Plugins menu) is not coming up, you may not have .net 3.5 installed.

Re: GPIO4D Output 1 trouble
Will do. Thank you. I actually just sent an email regarding a CNC11 demo code so I can modify the plc and test just that.CNC-Global wrote:bonestock:

Re: GPIO4D Output 1 trouble
Thanks for your comment, but if this does not have anything to do with the relay, then I am totally confused. The ONLY change I made to the system was to set parameter 5 to 1.0000 ( exactly as instructed by Ajax tech support) and this immediately caused the No Fault relay to begin functioning as ex...

Re: Mach3 quirk or something else?
So issue 1 was resolved by simply swapping out my control system for a computer with a bit more umph. Issue 2) still seems to crop up from time to time. Most recently it occurred while trying to home with the M92 macro. I noticed the table was not moving and identified that keyboard jogging had been...

Re: GPIO4D Output 1 trouble
Yep. Still here. Clearly we have a deficiency of mach users here though my problem pertains to GPIO4D board in case anyone from the CNC11 world would like to chime in. Don't be bashful.

Re: GPIO4D Output 1 trouble
So if my GPIO4D Output 1 relay stuck in a NO position and is not closing does it mean my GPIO4D board is bad? All of my faults are wired closed or verified to be closed though my limit switches. My estop inputs are wired properly and estop is seen by the board and my estop coil drops when the physic...

Re: GPIO4D Output 1 trouble
I rewired my lube, spindle and 4 axis faults closed and yet output 1 still does not work. Aside from open faults or a communication problem what would cause output 1 (Fault/No Fault) to not close? I am running programs and everything else seems to be trucking along fine when I bypass output 1 so wha...

Re: GPIO4D Output 1 trouble
After seeing a thread reporting a similar issue I am going to double check the spindle and lube faults are properly jumpered.

Mach3 quirk or something else?
I am seeing two different issues with my mach3/mpu11/gpio4d setup that may or may not be related. issue 1) I see vector starvation errors from time to time. Usually when I have program cycle running and I flip back and forth to a few Mach tabs. I suspect this may be an issue with the older laptop I ...

Re: GPIO4D Output 1 trouble
Hmm due to the lack of response I assume means one or more of the following a) no one is wiring output 1 according to the documentation b) something may be wrong with the board c) no one has any clue what I am talking about d) forum traffic is just way slow So far everything works fine with output 1...
