Re: upgrading older linux mother board with Cf Card

Can you take a look in your computer at the CPU10 board? There should be a number serial number for that board as well. I can look up your system with that number.

Re: Retrofit of Mill

The MPU11/GPIO4D setup is designed to interface with third party drives capable of accepting a -10 to +10 volt signal. A differential quadrature encoder signal (+A,-A,+B,-B,+Z,-Z) is also needed by the control for each axis. If your encoders are capable of carrying a differential quadrature signal (...

Re: Retrofit of Mill

Do you have any further info on the servos? I believe one of the pictures has a servo data-plate but it doesn't give much information. Our ALLIN1DC can handle DC servos up to 40in-lb / 4.52 Nm, if those servos fall within those specs, it would eliminate the need to re-use the old drives. The ALLIN1D...

Can you send us a report (F7-Utilties, F7-Report) to tech@ajaxcnc.com when you get a chance. We would just need the report.zip generated.

Re: loading from a network drive

Can you verify that you are not running the program as an administrator? By default all previous versions of CNC11 will automatically install and run with administrative privileges unless you manually unchecked it. Programmers want to eliminate that as an issue and I'm double-checking since I know t...

Re: loading from a network drive

We have a fix available. If anyone needs it please send me a Private Message with your email address and I will send it to you (this is a beta rev but will be included in the next public release). This issue should only be affecting users running Windows 8 or Windows 8.1 .

Re: loading from a network drive

I have forwarded this thread to the programmers so they can try and replicate the issue. Any of the computer options purchased from us should already be set up with the main user having administrative privileges.

Re: How to verify amp rating of my SEM servo motors?

The ALLIN1DC is typically set to 12 amps when it ships out, unless other servo info is provided. The setting is for the continuous stall current as opposed to the peak. Your servos appears to be in the 9 amp range.
