Can you generate a report (from the main menu F7-Utilities, F7-Report) and send the report.zip to tech@ajaxcnc.com. It will allow us to see what your settings and parameters are set to.

Please send tech support (tech@ajaxcnc.com) a current report of your system. To generate a report, from the main menu, press F7-Utilities, then F7-Report and choose where to save the report. We would just need the report.zip created.

Installing a VFD will also give you exact RPM speed control. Based on the model BP you have, the hp of your spindle motor is around 2-3hp?

Can you send us a report of your system? That will allow us to see what your parameter settings are as well as see exactly what hardware you are using. It sounds as though your PC is not booting. I expect the reason is that the CMOS battery died. It's easy enough to boot, you just need to short the power pins on the Motherboard.
