Re: So heres a weird one! Please Help me??

Gerald,

Can you generate a report (from the main menu F7-Utilities, F7-Report) and send the report.zip to tech@ajaxcnc.com. It will allow us to see what your settings and parameters are set to.

ACDC Fanuc retrofit encoders

Please send tech support (tech@ajaxcnc.com) a current report of your system. To generate a report, from the main menu, press F7-Utilities, then F7-Report and choose where to save the report. We would just need the report.zip created.

Re: DM 45 Screen and Controller Issues

It sounds as though your PC is not booting. I expect the reason is that the CMOS battery died. It's easy enough to boot, you just need to short the power pins on the Motherboard. Unfortunately, our records don't show what Motherboard is installed in that system or I could provide documents that deta...

Re: 5 Wire B.E.I. Encoder Hookup

The ALLIN1DC will only work with differential quadrature encoders. An in-depth description of the wires and signals can be found here : http://www.ajaxcnc.com/ajaxbb/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=4 . We have 2000 Line differential quadrature encoders available in several hollow shaft sizes that can be in...

Re: Communication Fault error

We try to post the results whenever possible.

This tread addresses the same issue with several troubleshooting steps (though in that case the issue was hardware).
