Thanks Marty, I did send the drives back by UPS next day to DMM , but the never got there till today. Will let you know when they get back to me.

I check the wires a 100 times they are all correct.The only thing I see different is the main wiring DMM says S and L2 on the same phase and R and L1 on the same phase. on the acorn wiring it says S on L1 and T on L2.

Thanks Marty for the video. I was on a 20 hr road trip to get a train in Bristol TN yesterday. Everything that you did was exactly the same EXCEPT i have the gear number at 8000 and the acorn also at 8000. Will change that this morning and see what happens.

I have a DP-4 probe and a TT-1 tool setter can I use them both with the acorn.(If I ever get the DMM to work) If so where would I get the plug to plug them into ? Cannot steal it from my 4 axis mill.

Marty , did you use single or three phase when you tested yours. If you used single what two of the three R S T did you use.

I have L1 and R on the same phase, and L2 and S on the other phase.

When I invert the drive still does nothing. can go into MDI and give it Z2 dro moves 2 inches and thats it servo is still locked the whole time. time to look for the 5 gal gas can soon.

tried with drives inverted and not inverted still no servo movement. press MDI and it unlocked the drive so i can spin it by hand
