No the settings for motor counts have to be same for paired drive. Parameter 64 pairs your Y and your 4th motor settings.

I just did a axis pairing search on the mill manual and parameter 64 came up, you have to change that manually, Setup press F1, Config F3, Parms F3

we have a T400 and just adjust the wear offset to cut deeper no modifying any files intercon or posted gcode, works excellent for fitting gun barrels to receivers right on the lathe
