Re: 4.4.5 Testing PC, MPU11
Sounds like your e-stop contactor is not engaging when you reset your e-stop. Can you hear the contactor click when you reset? If so, check the voltage from the wires going to the relay1 and 2 with a multimeter gage and see if your are getting the 24v ac. If you cannot hear the contactor switch, dou...

Re: following error when using MPG
Ok thanks Aaron for the input. I was going to do it tonight but I ran out of time once again. Tomorrow for sure. Jholland, the thread that was listed may help you but i dont think it had any MPG2 resistor values. i believe we talked about using a small resistor on a 12v relay that i was using to ope...

Re: following error when using MPG
Ok I am planning on uploading this tonight but I have a couple of questions. Is this a special plugin? Where do I install it into? Am I going to lose any settings that I have? Thanks Scott

Re: Tuning Servos
Paul, I am having the same issue as you except my spikes are a bit smaller but I have more of them. The middle of my run looks ok like yours but my spikes are also at the beginning and end of the run. My KD is around 0.7. And my motor is singing pretty good in the hold possition. I can't imagine goi...

**RESOLVED** following error when using MPG
I went in and input my backlash readings into the Ajax config. Screen. Once I save and close I try to use my mpg2 and after moving one click (.001) I get a "axis following error". I can move the axis's with comands without any problems. It only happens when I use my mpg. If I remove the ba...
