Re: Ajax Pendant internal mount size and who uses it with Ma

Was thinking I wanted the panel dimensions so I could build it into the enclosure like the m400 setups. Do you have a sheet showing mechanical drawing of it?

Having it magnetized to the side of the monitor box might be the best of both worlds too.

Ajax Pendant internal mount size and who uses it with Mach

I am knee deep in a retrofit of a millport 1630. Soon I will make a new cabinet skin for my 15" Eli touchscreen monitor/display. Thinking that Ajax pendant sure looks awesome. Is there a sheet with e cutout and mounting hole specs I can use when I design my skin? Who is using that pendant with ...

Re: Cnc Mill part identifying and questions on servo powerin

The servos have a 135 amp rating. The 79Volts was before the cap/rectifier - i measured 134.4V out of the cap. Aparently there were also chokes on each axis after the cap. There are three of the powertron chokes as seen in the picture above - one for each axis. Anyone use chokes on their setup? Gett...

Re: A-axis analog signal and encoder inputs

I run repetier for my stand alone slicing. I look forward to your experience using it to slice for mach. Have you checked if it outputs for A or E axis?

Re: A-axis analog signal and encoder inputs

I added a 5th axis to my stepper driven (Gecko) cnc router (used 4 axis to drive the machine sin Y and A were slaved for my gantry) to add on a 3d printer. That board you posted looks sweet. I used a gnexlab thermocoupler and a thermister set of boards to do my temp monitoring of the hot end and the...

Bloomingtonmike's AllinOneDC questions.

Might as well start an ongoing thread. I will have a lot of questions I bet.

1. AT step 5.5.2 - Benchtop PC Testing of communication

Getting a SV_STall error = solved by registering 45 demo number and cycling estop.

Re: Making new flash card

is the card bootable?

Try this images2.store.microsoft.com/prod/clustera/framework/w7udt/1.0/en-us/Windows7-USB-DVD-tool.exe

Also make sure you have bootsect.exe in your install directory. You will want a 32 or 64 bit version that matches the os you have running.
