PLC Program and Jogging

Regarding an All-in-one DC mill installation with CNC11, BG wrote: I am also having trouble getting the control to jog the motors. I wired in the encoders and they are working because I see the axis counters changing when I move the motor shafts. That is a good sign. When the centroid software start...

Re: Probe

In most applications, you want to connect the probe between "Probe Mechanical Input" (H3 pin 6) and the 12V return (H3 pin 3 or pin 5). If your probe needs a DC power supply for its logic circuits, use the +12V from H3 pins 7 or 9, and the return (0V) from H3 pins 3 or 5. For the simplest ...

Re: NEED HELP TUNING!

Thank you for posting that update.

Too often in this sort of situation, the original poster quietly withdraws, leaving everyone else to wonder what the solution really was.

The point of the forum is to share knowledge and experience. You won't be the last person to have this happen.

CNC11 costs $500.

Standard file size is 4MB.

The "Unlimited part program size" software option is $550. With it you can run any file that fits on the hard drive or other storage device.
