As long as the product meets our minimum PC specifications there is no issue with using one of the many other options out there.

We are aware of this and will evaluate alternative options (we periodically test other products, Intel has just always ended up the best option for the last several generations). There should be plenty of stock of the 11, 12 and 13th generation units for some time.

That was running CNC11, so you can replace the PC with something that meets minimum specs. It is possible you can just hook up the harddrive if it is not what is actually dead. Most likely if it is still running Windows 7 you will have a hard him getting it to boot into Windows unless you have a sim...

What time did the crash happen? In your message log I see an abnormal end of job at 18:14, but see the report was created at 20:23, about 2 hours later.

An intermittent issue is the hardest to diagnose, but it does eliminate firewall issues. If the firewall is blocking the software/control it would always fail. Is the original Shielded Ethernet Cable being used? Are any other programs running while CNC12 is trying to start? Your CPU meets the minimu...
