I have default abo for fusion, simulation is no problem, but the part will not turn, the tool does change its position around the part.

fusion is posting M30 at the end, you can use this to stop the spindle faster, otherwise M3 is only reset when the g code ends and the spindle will coast down.

What we did was upgrade to 5.10 and using rigid tapping parameters I know that will work with a fast servo spindle drive....

IMHO Centroids rigid tapping is better or as good as most other industrial CNCs....

Just a side note, in both sreenshots, you have loaded T0600, this is Tool #6 with no active offset, T0606 would be Tool #6 with Offset #6

One Shots are doing its thing from the current position, that is why I have made a VCP button "Change Tool and rapid to X"

I am tapping this size with 1500 rpm with good quality taps...

P68 ist the speed at the end of the tapping cycle, so you must start at a higher rpm....
