Re: WMPG-4 pendant only works at 1x, but not 10x nor 100x
OK -- I can see how this is a safety feature -- probe unplugged means 'tripped' so it doesn't allow fast jogging to prevent the probe tip from getting broken. Can I disable this feature?

Re: WMPG-4 pendant only works at 1x, but not 10x nor 100x
When you use probe detect, this is the case. You should be able to click the x10 x100 afterwards of plugging in the probe. Thanks! Some progress to report. If the probe is left plugged in, then the jogging works normally. But it stops working at 10x and 100x if the probe is then disconnected. I don...

report_E415F6F9C47D-0211214370_2021-04-09_20-08-05.zip The report is attached above. Thanks. I do have a KP-3 probe configured, but it was not connected when I tried to use the pendent. I connected it, and toggled it. The triggered / un-triggered messages appeared on the screen, but it didn't fix t...

WMPG-4 pendant only works at 1x, but not 10x nor 100x
After upgrading to CNC12 v5.06 my pendant only works at 1x (for all 3 axes).
For the other speeds it doesn't move at all.
Is there some new configuration that I missed? What should I look out for?

Re: Can a single output variable control two Relays?
There's several philosophies about E-Stop switches. [...] I use the second method. When I turn on the master disconnect switch, only the 24VDC power supply that controls the Acorn is turned on. ... I believe I'm (mostly) using this method as well. I only have only one contactor though and its main ...

Re: Can a single output variable control two Relays?
I don't plan to use Acorn to control the spindle RPMs. However, I do have an E-Stop. It's the unit that Centroid sells which has two separate Normally Closed 'channels'. I've connected one channel to the E-Stop input of Acorn and COM. The other channel is in series with the OUT1 relay that is contro...

Re: Can a single output variable control two Relays?
I've drawn a simple circuit that should work if I understand correctly what you want to do. The circuit shows how to use an Acorn relay output to drive an external contactor or relay. Thanks! The unused ports on the contactor can be repurposed to both signal the C86ACCP in case of an E-stop and als...

Can a single output variable control two Relays?
Currently my "No Fault Out" signal goes to Relay OUT1 and that is connected to the C86ACCP no fault input. I'd like to drive a second relay using the same signal (No Fault Out) to turn my spindle off in case of a drive fault. (The relay would indirectly turn the spindle off via a contactor...

Re: New Centroid Teknic Clearpath officially supported configurations
Hello all, I'm using the Acorn board with C86ACCP and Clearpath servo motors on a Precision Matthews 728VT mill. I'm not using the VFD function of the Acorn to control the spindle. The spindle is a DC motor. However, I'd like to stop the spindle when there is a drive (i.e. Clearpath Servo Motor) fau...
