Found this in an old Teco 7300cv manual, it seems to match the connections you have.945 And 943 would hook to AGND not 24V. 24V would only be used for the common for the switches when using pnp inputs. Shield hooks to ground which is not the same thing as common.

Re: TECO 7300CV single phase / Allin1 need clarification wiring
Centroid uses 540 BLU-----Inverter Com, for the common of Commands to the inverter(Run FWD,REV,Reset). SW1 should be set for PNP if you are following the wiring diagram from Teco factory manual as shown, which uses 24V as the common for the "switches". In this case the switches shown in th...

Re: Touch screen control panel for OAK board? When?
Speaking of pricing, I still can't fathom why C Axis on a lathe is 2000$ and 5 Axis simultaneous on a Mill is only 1250$. Essentially C Axis is the same as Rotary table on the Mill which is free? the only real difference is the C Axis DRO is hidden in software when C Axis is not active from what I c...

It's been about 7 years since I've installed one of those inverters but from what I remember the following should work but you should definitely use the information I've provided to further research the manual and verify what I've provided makes sense to you before proceeding. Always better to spend...

Re: Graphical interface suggestion - to and from increment or continuous
If you search your PLC program for IncrContLED you'll see it's set during power up, you could change that, but it is safer to have the machine start in incremental mode.

Re: OAK Custom control panel using 11077 connector?
The operators control panel uses switches matrixed into a microprocessor that communicates with the mpu11 so it's not as simple as making your own cable and plugging it in. I believe Centroid offers the PLC Add 6464 for people that want to make custom machine control panels. There is also an add 161...

Re: Motor Transformer Sizing
Tom, If all your motors are rated for 180VDC you don't necessarily need a transformer if you power the full wave bridge and smoothing capacitor with a single 120V Leg. You should end up in the 160-170VDC range with that setup. It's been a while but If I remember correctly, 120VAC RMS x 1.414 = 169.6...

Re: Graphical interface suggestion - to and from increment or continuous
Got out to my shop this morning to check out the Acorn PLC. I made these changes, compiled and it tested good. Anytime you cycle between x1 x10 x100 with keyboard shortcuts or press the x1 x10 x100 buttons on the screen it will also trigger incremental jogging. I'm in the middle of installing the la...

Re: Graphical interface suggestion - to and from increment or continuous
I have yet to look into any PLC programs for the Acorn but this is code copied from an allin1dc plc. It seems that you might be able to code the functionality you are looking for into the PLC assuming the Acorn offers the same level of PLC interaction as the other Controllers, aka anytime x1 x10 x10...
