Re: Axis Pairing
Thanks for the info. I built my own cnc routing machine a few years back using mostly Chinese made parts and running Mach 3. Everything has been working fine but I decided to upgrade my control system to Centroid after reading and watching some videos on the web. I have been bench testing some new s...

Axis Pairing
I am trying to pair my X axis with the fourth axis via Wizard and can't seem to be able to do so. I have checked the user groups forum and the only information that I could glean from what is available in this regard that I may need a purchased version of the Acorn software as I am presently using t...

Re: Stepper Motor Not Working
I had the fast jog set too high in the Axis Configuration in Wizard. It was originally set at 50 and I dropped it down to 25 and also had to set the Maximum Rate to match the Fast Jog rate. This seemed to make the difference in getting the motors turning.

Re: Stepper Motor Not Working
Good news. I finally figured out how to set up the Wizard settings and now have the stepper motor working. Took a lot of trial and error as well as some help from the forum but it all came together. Thanks for your help.

Re: Stepper Motor Not Working
I'm not exactly sure to be honest with you but I bought them on eBay a while back. I went on Google and compared mine to similar photos and found they were similar, so am assuming that they are comparable.

Re: Reposting Previous Problem - Limit Tripped
I was able to clear the tripped limit switch problem but now I am getting error "9031 Drive Fault" and not sure why this is happening.

Reposting Previous Problem - Limit Tripped
Can a previous post be reactivated and if so, how. I previously submitted a problem that I was having with my Acorn board and was not able to get it to work as suggested, so I went back to my post with a followup question a few days ago and have not heard back from anyone. It also looks like my prev...

Re: Stepper Motor Not Working
I am not sure how to reactivate this post or whether I am required to restart it all over again as I have not had any response to my latest problem with running my stepper motor with my Acorn controller.

Re: Stepper Motor Not Working
I have been trying different things to get my stepper to turn with no success so far. My bench test worked fine but when I hook up my H860 driver I continually end up getting a error message telling me that a limit switch has tripped and I can't find what is causing this to happen. I have been follo...
