Still trying to work though the z axis and now my z now does nothing.

I have attached the report.

Z axis will move by hand when the machine is off, on will bind and not move!

VCP , z will jog!

It’s not a program issue I believe because no matter what file are loaded or program , the z will not move!

I will post the report!

My Z axis will not function correctly, it stalls and fails to move when given the Command from the program.

Will move when I home it or when I give the command on the computer screen or MPG?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

CHKDSK found no issues!

I ran the wizard again. Received the same error.

I still cannot get the software to open correctly and it gives me an error opening mpu.plc.

I started my CNC Lathe this morning and I received this error.

325 Emergency Stop Released
Error opening mpu.plc

I have rebooted and I continue to get this error.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this error. It was working fine till this morning?

I'm trying to build a simple Macro to turn my spindle on CCW and to a set speed.

I'm missing something, the manual is not real clear to me on how this is exactly done.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When I tested the machine it stopped in the middle of the program. on the z axis. All function to include rotation

Both Motors are yellow solid.
