Hi Dave,

Thank you for your very constructive advice.

We are planning to use the 75VDC power supply recommended by Clearpath.

The machine is a very common design gantry CNC machine..Similar to the attached picture.

I have gone through the various motor specifications and understand most of the ...

I am also curious which Clearpath motors people are actually using on their machines of this type... There are a lot of options and models. Looks like many would work just fine.. But what motors have others settled on and are actually using?

Can I pre-order?

Does anyone know if the various Centroid products (Acorn, relay boards etc.) are available as a symbol library for Ki CAD or some other layout program?

Maybe someone has made their own library that they are prepared to share.. :-)

Would speed up design a bit.. And maybe avoid some mistakes ...

I am just starting to work on the schematics for our own cnc mill. Would I be very rude to ask for a copy of yours? It would save me a bunch of time.. And I would be learning a lot.

Keith, what software does centroid use when creating these schematics? Saves us having to redraw everything when following your great examples.

What other full examples (even if drafts) do you have available?
