Is there a way to have it automatically do the trail in the software without having to hit f9?


I have found if you setup Dia and Hieght if necessary in the offset library theen assiggn that D number to the D in tool library .
Then make sure in your code you have tpld code which tool you are ...

can not set the tool dia in the library, must set the tool dia in the offset library then assign that number in the tool library

Okay now makes sence so what has to be filled in for the drawing trail to work properly?

I am not using offsets library i am using tool library and it only accepts whole numbers between 0-200 nothing else

Does this machine have an ATC? If not you dont really need the tool offset library setup to match any tools. I normally set the first 10 tools to be same diameter, for me that's 1/8" as 3/16" is probably the largest bit I use when cutting my instrument panels. This way I can see the tool and trail ...
