Re: Dual Head 4'x8" Router retrofit from Rich Auto DSP A11
I've got a dual spindle router that I went from the richauto to acorn. My Y axis has dual motors and are wired in parallel, haven't done any measuring the change in the square but it has not been a problem in my parts as of yet. I run the spindles as T1 and T2, I got no help in setting them up but h...

Vfd speed calibration
Couple questions about my vfd. My searching had came up with nothing but is there a calibration process for vfd speed? If not how is it deciding what output to give for given speed. My machine has a sunfar e300 vfd. When the signal and common are connected to the vfd I get 4v across the terminals wh...

Feed rate not consistant
I'm using fusion 360 with centroid post. Haven't got to dig into it yet but just noticed when cutting arcs the feed rate doubles. Quick search didn't come up with anything on it but it does start to explain why the actual cut time is way less then the estimated time. Any one experience this? I'm gue...

Quencharc
Does anyone have pictures of how the Quencharc are supposed to be installed. The TB206.pdf document only shows 1 of the pictures for me. Does it only take 1 across the 2 coil terminals or does it go across the 2 power lines as well on the contactor?

Re: Activating outputs based on tool number
another question, If I used "IF #4120 == 1 THEN #5041 = #5041 + 2" would that shift my WCS by 2in? I'm not in front of my machine right now but I'm going to try in a few hours and see if I can figure out that part. I know I'm going to need more to have a way to put it back but I need to mo...

Activating outputs based on tool number
Is it possible to activate an output by which tool number is called?
When T1 is called I want to pause program for 1sec, activate output 7 then continue program.
Same with T2 and output 8
And If any other tool number is called, fault out
