We have tested our GPIO4D board, and found out that our x-axis have a problem, it seems it does not give out the analog signal to the servo drive. we are running on mach3 software if we connect the "servo on" and the "ground" to a source the encoders update the DRO positions on the screen. however we cannot seem to find the right connection of the servo on and ground to the GPIO4D Axis 1 from page 16 of the DA98B manual Fig...
