Re: How to use 6 limit switches to limit 3 axis at both extremes

Thanks for the quick advise guys. It took me a few tries, but hooking them in series does in fact work. For those considering the same, both switches get 24V power, but only the second switch is grounded. The first switch common goes to the signal input of the second switch. The first switch signal...

Sorry for just getting back now. Yes Marty the information you gave was indeed correct.

I will try to post a build log and help other people too with my notes.

Dust Collection On - how to use

I'm trying to use the Dust Collection output on the Phoenix 4x4 router.
I assume it should turn on with the spindle and stay on for a few seconds after spindle M5 is called.

Right now it's not turning on at all. I assume there maybe a parameter to set a delay time?

Re: Huanyang VFD Fault Detection Input

Thanks all for the help! Indeed the problem was with the PD052 setting. Default was a value of 1 when it should be a value of 3. This is 1 problem solved for future guys who will use a huanyang vfd. Cheers! We're the setup I gave and connections I provided the same as you used? I will ask Centroid ...

Re: Huanyang VFD Fault Detection Input

I did some digging and this might be the culprit. What do you think? Gonna test it when I can tomorrow. PD052 should be set to value 3 right? since fault trips when spindle turns on then that proves that the factory settings of value 1 where relay will close/open on spindle start thus causing the f...
