sounds like you are mixing setting tool height with part zeros

feed hold is while you are running a g code program, that doesn't stop you from jogging since jogging is jogging and not running a g code program. :D (unless you edit the plc program and make it that way) you could try and use the door safety inputs which sounds like they would do want you want. her...

fyi.. we put full 3D VC on the back burner for a bit, as we are devoting all programming resources to all new CNC12 Router for Acorn, USB BOB, CNC12 Router and Plasma for Hickory! along with a Hickory Wizard. When those projects are finished we are going to circle back around to finishing off the 3D...
