Hello !
Im Just doing the last finishing touches on my mazak lathe retrofit with oak board and i ran a small program to test the machine .
All looks great but the run time graphics come up as they should but its not showing the Trail , i tried F9 on and off but no change !!
Any ideas anyone ?

Hi again The machine is completely installed and we are running the system test but its failing with an alarm "Spindle Encocoder not detected " In this system we have a spindle encoder but it is being used only for the ATC and it is not connected to the MPU11 its connected to the inverter....

We have a problem where to connect the brake. We did find an output on the GIO4D labelled brake on the third axis however it does not activate on and off. We tested the enable and it did not activate also. The inputs where wired according the manual. We are thinking that these outputs are not active...
