Problem solved! I figured it out! I can home 4th axis with command M92 P4. If you home only one axis at time you can only use parameter P (P1 for X, P2 for Y, P3 for Z and P4 for A) and if you want to home two or three axis simultaneously then you need to use also parameters Q and R!
