Re: centroid all in one pc

The Centroid ALLIN1PC is set up ready to go and communicate with our Controls. The PCs run Windows 10 and are equipped with a Touchscreen. We do not make the ALLIN1PCs but we do set them up, which does involve removing all the bloatware that comes on them from a typical retailer.

I am not sure why it is not working for you. I just did "Add Files" and then "Place inline". There is a file size limit of 3MB I think though.

Re: Mitshubishi Servo with Oak

Do you know what kind of drives are on it? If they drives accept velocity (-10 to +10v) or position control we could interface with them with our Oak. We would also need a differential quadrature signal, simulated from the drives is fine (as the servo has absolute). If they drives are not compatible...

Re: Gecko Drive servos

Larry,

Those drives have step + direction so no issue. You will need a dual voltage 24v and 5v power supply. While we don't have schematic for every drive out there (yet....) as long as they accept step + direction it should work.

The employee dealing with your order was not aware of the delay issues associated with Military Overseas Addresses, they were ...

Re: "No Connection to Acorn Discovered" Error

Please try uninstalling and re-installing CNC12 software and see if that fixes it.

Re: "No Connection to Acorn Discovered" Error

Either Win 10 Home or Pro will work with CNC12. Is there maybe some sort of power saving feature turned on for the Ethernet? The fact that it works with another PC means the board should be OK.

Re: Eithernet cable

It is a RJ-45 Shielded CAT5E cable and jack. Are you trying to make your own? We sell Ethernet Cable in various lenghts, you can also source it all over the internet, as long as its Shielded CAT5E or above it should work. If you are looking to build your own I have attached a Technical Bulletin with...

Re: Connecting Acorn to Micro 1 driver from an old CNC 4

Please take a look at the attached document below for the Pin-Out on the Micro 1 side. You can use the Acorn Standard Schematic for the rest of the hookups.
