Looks like the MPU11/GIPO4D only supports analog spindle output 0V-10V. What I need is -10V +10V for my spindle amp similar to how the servos are driven. Is there an addon board that will do this or can I just remap one of the servo outputs?

Thank you CNCSNW. Makes perfect sense. I'm not sure why I didn't realize that the movement and articulation would actually be more of a function of my CAM. It's obvious now.

Fault output relay 17 has continuity between COM and NC terminal with no power applied to MPU11 and GPIO4D boards. That sounds like expected behavior for a normally closed circuit.
