Re: mosfet burned!!!
When I was doing the first test, the motor did not have linear motion with linear friction. This means the motor has internal shorts. You need to replace the motor, or get it repaired by professionals who know how to work on permanent-magnet servo motors. If you continue to use this motor as it is,...

You want to do two tests, turning the motor shaft with your fingers. I did the test! When I was doing the first test, the motor did not have linear motion with linear friction. The motor had some valleys wilt the movement. Is the same when I did the the second test. Can you help me? Can you say me ...

Re: mosfet burned!!!
You just have to make sure your axis motor is OK and did not take the MOSFET's out. Or, stated more directly: You have to find out what is wrong with the axis motor or power cabling, and fix it before you blow the next drive. Don't assume and hope that all is well. Assume something is wrong, and ke...

Re: mosfet burned!!!
E-mail AJAX Tech support directly. tech@ajaxcnc.com They have been fantastic at giving me support. You certainly will have to send your board in for a replacement. You just have to make sure your axis motor is OK and did not take the MOSFET's out. Let us know how you make out. I am from Ecuador. If...

Re: Spindle velocity control
Are you trying to do this under Mach3 or CNC11? CNC11 can control your spindle speed, assuming your machine is equipped with a variable frequency spindle drive (inverter). For CNC11 Parameter 35 is the "Spindle Encoder Axis Number" Parameter 78 is "Spindle Speed Display and Operation...
