You could try temporarily sticking some sound deadening rubber to the brackets to see if that reduces the harmonics. If it does, you know it's the brackets which seems highly likely from their appearance. Then redesign the brackets with substantially stiffer profile perhaps even triangulated.

No, its not the only difference. Although you can calculate CSR with the Pro licence, I believe you will need the Ultimate licence to automatically use that in machining your parts.

Hi, thanks for the reply, my axis are correct x+ goes to the right, y+ goes towards the machine and z+ upwards I made an intercon program and milled out a part successfully but all the while it was going backwards on the centroid graphics....
