When you have set your WCS as Shawn has described above, load the job and Graph it instead of running it. This will quickly show if your toolpath is correct in relation to X and Y but if not, where your error is.

You could try temporarily sticking some sound deadening rubber to the brackets to see if that reduces the harmonics. If it does, you know it's the brackets which seems highly likely from their appearance. Then redesign the brackets with substantially stiffer profile perhaps even triangulated.

Of course, for Probing and tool height related activities (shortly to include Tool Library import facilities), you could always use Swissi's ProbeApp instead of trying to reinvent the wheel.

No, its not the only difference. Although you can calculate CSR with the Pro licence, I believe you will need the Ultimate licence to automatically use that in machining your parts.
