Hi Uwe, thanks for the hint. Right now i am testen Parameters for All Materials and i found out, that with f0,3 i can Break the Chips also in titanium.

hi Uwe, yes, 200m would be better, but i have often Diameters of 20mm or smaller, so the spindle would be always in Max Speed. So i try to find good parameters with lower Vc. pecking macro for outer roughing is a good idea, but at first i have to get confident with Intercon itself. the last cut is n...

hi Uwe,

thank you. for Aluminium i dont have an issue, 7075 is producing nice short chips with f0,2 and 100vc.

i am more talking about titanium, it is very hard here to get short chips.

Hi Uwe, good Point. I checked it and 25108 is working as supposed, all other axis are always -1.

hi all, i want do give a small update: the ZRI Homing process is working now ! very happy about it. but i need to use a workaround. since the RS422 Signal cannot switch an Input and the variable in Acorn is not written from the INdex pulse, i use an little Optocoupler transistor from 5V to 24V to sw...
