Would simple step and direction servos be a better choice for the Acorn CNC or would Digital I/O Servos be a better choice? Okay...good idea. It is...it is XY and a fixed Z. I mean...I can alter Z but not in source or via the GUI.

Muzzer, Seth here. So, the Park command on the GUI can handle the shutting down of the machine. I tried to power off the machine, the host (PC), and it worked just fine.

I will go to the exit screen and look for the "park the machine."
