In the process of removing the #3 aux output connector. Trying to locate a reason for the 327 fault. I have now developed A flashing 3 on the LED display. I have attempted to update to a windows program & plc file in the mean time the permanant unlock is gone and I am getting a #22 undefined PLC...

Re: Bridgeport conversion

I'm unable to save a report to a flash drive, when I go to utilities then report and plug in my flash drive then refresh, the flash drive appears. I select it and hit F10 to accept, the screen tells me the report already exits, I hit Y to overwrite, the dialog says it is saving the report, then it s...

Re: Debug during Install

I just bought this kit 60 days ago shouldn't it have the latese CNC 11 in it? Either way I've tried to download that update and I'm unable to get past the required password & user name. Can you shed any light on that issue for me, I'd be happy to try that latest version.

Re: Debug during Install

As I mentioned in the PM I sent you I've tried every way I can think of to install that update. And I still cannot activate output 13 for spindle direction change. All I ever see is Output 14 for spindle enable. M3, M4 or CW, CCW 13 never lights.
Thanks Mark

Re: Debug during Install

Thanks for the clairafacation on what to look for. Yes I do see that file, posted below is the section on spindle control. I'm still not sure what I'm looking at. I have a tough time understanding when a new instruction begins or when it is a condition of another. I hope you can show me the problem....

Re: Debug during Install

As suggested the PLC diag screen helped some. I found the brake control on output 6 & 7 instead of 61 as the schematic had it. That was no big deal to add another connecter and gain control of my brake solinoid. It also ansewered what button 7 is intended to control ( work lamp outlet relay). As...
